Sol Uni Tech s.r.o. (hereinafter — the Company, Data Controller) is the controller of personal data of visitors to the website www.solunitech.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., and other EU regulations.
Use of the website www.solunitech.com constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy.

When interacting with the website www.solunitech.com, we collect the following categories of personal data:
- Basic identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number — when filling out application forms for strategic sessions, consultations, online courses, technical services.

Purpose: processing of applications from forms on the main page and service pages, providing access to strategic sessions, consultations, online courses, technical services.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or taking pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
3.2. Communication with Clients
Purpose: email correspondence, phone consultations, reminders of scheduled sessions, payment notifications.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Company’s legitimate interest in maintaining contact with the client.
3.3. Site Analytics
Purpose: collection of anonymized visit statistics (Google Analytics when connected).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — explicit user consent via cookie banner.

- Offline training partners — only with your explicit written consent for a specific course or program.
When transferring data to third countries (e.g., the USA), the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR compliance guarantees apply.
5. Personal Data Retention Periods
Personal data is stored for the periods necessary to achieve the processing purposes:
- Application and communication data: 3 years from the date of last contact with the data subject.
- Site access logs and IP addresses: 30 days.
- Completed orders and services data: 10 years (statute of limitations under the Czech Civil Code).
- Upon receiving a written request for data deletion or withdrawal of consent for processing — data is deleted immediately, except in cases where storage is required by law (accounting, tax legislation).

Name, photo (if provided), and testimonial text may be published on www.solunitech.com and social media to demonstrate service quality — only with your explicit written consent.
You may withdraw your consent for publication and request deletion of a testimonial at any time by sending a request to info@solunitech.com.
9.3. Use of Names in Case Studies
The client company name and a brief project description may be published in the portfolio as a successful case study — only with your explicit consent or if the information is publicly available.

- Changes in the Company’s business processes
